The residence is situated in Jonzac, a medieval town with a rich history, located south of the department of Charente Maritime, a stone’s throw from tourist resorts like Royan, la Palmyre, Talmont-sur-Gironde and other fishing ports of the right embankment of the estuary of the Gironde.
